Sudhir Rajagopal is Research Director and Global Lead for the Customer Experience Management Strategies program at IDC. Mr. Rajagopal’s research is focused on helping organizations create competitive differentiation and future business resiliency through CX strategies. Specifically, how organizations can envision and operationalize CX strategy throughout the customer lifecycle via CX oriented organizational, operational and technology transformation.
Mr. Rajagopal has 18+ years of experience in enabling organizations to achieve customer centric outcomes at scale. Prior to IDC, Sudhir spent 15+ years with firms such as Ernst & Young, IBM, and Pegasystems leading large scale client facing CX initiatives and transformation programs across sales, customer service/contact center, digital marketing and customer communications. He has led CX strategy design and implementation, journey design, and implementing and rolling out CX and digital operating models and governance.
