Companies are under increasing pressure to drive revenue and efficiency, necessitating the provision of quick answers and instant assistance to customers across digital channels. Conversational artificial intelligence (AI) facilitates this through smart agents requiring minimal human intervention. However, the timing and effective deployment of such technologies, ensuring they deliver expected value, pose significant questions for IT leaders. Meanwhile, as prospects are cultivated and customers nurtured, salespeople, marketers, and customer service representatives must ensure appropriate actions and collaboration with team members. Conversation intelligence plays a crucial role here, demanding a well-thought-out plan for success. Join RingCentral for a session exploring the use cases that support the business case for integrating conversational AI and conversation intelligence into an organization, alongside the considerations of people, processes, and technology that drive successful deployments. Additionally, this session will delve into the IT metrics and business outcomes essential for maximizing return on investment.

Context Matters – Making GenAI Work for You
Garden Hall

In recent years, Generative AI (GenAI) has garnered significant attention for its potential to revolutionize various industries, from creative arts to data analysis. A recent IDC FutureScape report described GenAI as “a transformative technology with far-reaching implications and business impact”. Goldman Sachs Research estimated that GenAI could add more than $7 Trillion to the global economy. The potential is huge.

However, the public GenAI models alone, such as ChatGPT, will not deliver these predicted changes. To get the full benefit from GenAI, organizations will need to integrate their own data with the LLMs to provide context for answering the questions in a way that is relevant and meaningful. Retrieval Augment Generation, or RAG, provides a mechanism for doing just this. This session will examine why organizations should consider RAG as a critical part of their AI strategy and how it delivers the real-time contextual information for the LLMs to provide better responses to the users commands.
